The six things the form asks
Your view of a week in its poor version. The place, where one has already caught your eye. Which weeks suit. The size of the party. A name. An email address. A free text box sits alongside them, and anything typed there is kept exactly as typed. One further field is hidden and meant to stay blank, its only purpose being to trap submissions made by machine, and you never see it.
Never collected here at all
Bank and card details are absent, since nothing is paid at this end. So are passport and identity document numbers. So are dates of birth. Health facts too, save where you offer one in the free text box because it bears on what can be arranged. No gap is ever filled by buying data from an outside source, and nothing about you is put up for sale, rented out, or handed to anyone for advertising.
Whoever sees it, and how long it stays
Two parties: whoever replies to you here, and the operating firm, which receives only what it must have to hold the dates. Where nothing is reserved, the request is destroyed at twelve months. Where a reservation did follow, the letters stay for six years, that being the span within which a query about it might fairly still come up. Say the word and your record goes earlier, unless a legal obligation stands in the way.

No advertising cookie is set by these pages and no outside tracking script runs on them. Should counting of aggregate traffic be introduced one day, notice will appear here first, naming what gets counted. You are not profiled here, not followed off the site, and no picture of you is assembled from one visit to the next.
Asking to see it, correct it or delete it, in practice
Write a line to the booking address if you want sight of your record, a correction to it, or its removal in full. Thirty days is the outside limit for a reply. No reason need be supplied, and an arrangement already under way is unaffected by the asking.
